NOVEL GENE CAPABLE OF CODING HUMAN LIPOCORTINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a protein which is a novel human lipocortine having a special amino acid sequence and effective in anti-inflammation. CONSTITUTION:A lipocortine cDNA is isolated from human pulmonary cDNA library utilizing a probe based on human lipocortine I cDNA to clone a novel human lipocortine cDNA. Thereby a clone extremely different from both lipocortine I and lipocortine II is found. The above-mentioned gene is a gene capable of coding a human lipocortine having an amino acid sequence expressed by the right figure.
