PURPOSE:To prevent powder and foreign matters from mixing into a hydraulic medium line by loading a guard cup in a pressure vessel, mounting compacts in the cup and molding it under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A lower cover 2 provided with a hydraulic medium suction and exhaust port 20 is used as a mounting surface, a cylindrical guard cup 21 where its top is opened and its bottom is closed is loaded into the pressure vessel 3 and the compacts 22 are inserted and set in a cup 21 in the flow in shape. Then, superhigh pressurized hydraulic medium 5'' is supplied from a known superhigh pressure supply equipment line arranged on the outside of the pressure vessel 3 through a hydraulic medium suction and exhaust port 2a into the pressure vessel 3 to perform isotropic pressure molding to the compacts 22. The powder 7 exhausted on the outside of the mold because the mold 6 is broken is deposited on the bottom of the guard cup 21. Accordingly, when liquid is supplied into and pressure is applied to the pressure vessel 3 or when pressure is reduced and liquid is exhausted from the pressure vessel 3, the flow of the hydraulic medium does not pass at all through the bottom of the cup and powder and foreign matters do not mix at all into the hydraulic medium line. |
