<p>PURPOSE:To improve the detection response of an air flow rate and to accurately detect the air flow rate, by applying plating to the welded part of the sensor arranged in an air flow passage and the lead wire connected to a flow rate detection circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the terminals of the sensor arranged in an air flow passage are connected to the end parts of the lead wires 4 connected to a detection circuit for detecting a sucked air fluid by welding. This welded part has possibility such that the composition thereof is changed by oxidation and the mixing of an ion of a different kind of a metal and rust is generated and becomes inferior to the detection accuracy of a flow rate and the response of a flow rate detection signal by the advance of rust. When plating is applied to the welded part in order to prevent the generation of rust, the metal film covering the welded part can be set extremely thinly and uniformly and the heat radiation quantity of the sensing part of a flow rate sensor is not changed and the sucked air fluid can be accurately detected.</p> |
