PURPOSE:To set each resonance loss by forming plural surface acoustic wave elements on the main face of a piezoelectric substrate, and adjusting the weight of each electrode. CONSTITUTION:A surface acoustic wave resonance element 9 consisting of electrodes 5, 6 and a surface acoustic wave resonance element 10 consisting of electrodes 7, 8 are formed on the main face of a piezoelectric substrate. Each surface acoustic wave resonance element is operated by each different frequency. Each resonance loss which the two resonance elements have can be made constant by thickening the thickness of the electrode of the surface acoustic wave resonance element whose resonance frequency is low. |
