PURPOSE:To form a magnetic powder layer efficiently in uniform thickness by applying the magnetic powder onto the screen of a stencil, extruding the magnetic powder by means of a squeegee under a condition that the outer circumferential surface of the field core is fast stuck onto the screen and applying the magnetic powder onto the outer circumferential surface of the core. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic powder M given viscosity by mixing a binder is applied onto the upper surface of the screen 9 of the stencil 7 by means of a blade 18. The field core C axially supported rotatably is arranged under the stencil 7. The outer circumferential surface of the magnetic pole section of the field core C is fast stuck onto the lower surface of the stencil 7, and the stencil 7 is moved in the arrow direction while the field core C is turned at the place. The screen 9 is pushed simultaneously by means of the sqeegee 17 from an upper section at that time, and the magnetic powder is extruded and applied onto the outer circumferential surface of the magnetic pole section of the field core C. |
