PURPOSE:To obtain a durable grain-looking pattern easily by printing on a fabrics employing a screen die developing a grain-looking pattern with the lamination of several sheets of gauze. CONSTITUTION:More than one sheets of gauze (e.g. polyester, gauzes the same or different in the mesh are used to change the angle of the mesh and otherwise) are laminated and spread on a gauze tenter and when a desired grain- looking pattern develops, the gauzes are fixed on a mold frame to form a screen mold. The screen mold is used to print a color paste containing a coloring material such as dye and pigment on a fabric (e.g. cotton) by a normal method thereby producing a gain-looking pattern. |
