摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To permit to predict the danger of the overflow of the surge tank by a method wherein the fluctuation of the output command value for a generator is detected and is compared with a set value, previously obtained by a simulation, to monitor the existance of the overflow of the surge tank. CONSTITUTION:Vibration of the lower limit value of time S4, the same of the upper limit value of the time S5 and the same of the lower limit value of time S7 are detected to effect vibration frequency operation in a step F4. If the vibration frequency h2 is within T1+ or -alphasec, the operation is moved to the step F6 by the decision of the step F5 and a surge tank overflow alarm precess and an output command value locking process are effected. The output command value locking is released at the time S8 when T2sec is elapsed.</p>
