<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently remove adhering materials from an object to be cleaned with a small amount of a fluid, by spraying the fluid to opened parts of a hood at various angles while moving around through flexible tubes floating intensely in partition as a reaction to fluid-spraying. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus for blowing a fluid for cleaning or cooling to the whole width of an object 4 such as a filter unit for air filtration, partitions 2 widened towards the ends of the flexible tubes 1 spraying a fluid from are equipped at one for each tube 1. A hood 3 covering the whole width of the object 4 is made movable relatively to the object by system 9-11. As a result, materials adhering to the object are removed efficiently with a small amount of a fluid.</p> |
