PURPOSE:To surely perform the replenishing of toner through one action with a simple structure by detaching a projection part from a guiding groove so that a cylindrical cartridge having a toner flowing-out port which extends in a longitudinal direction on its outer peripheral surface can rotate when said cartridge is inserted into a cartridge housing part along the guiding groove. CONSTITUTION:In case of performing the operation of replenishing the toner, the projection 15 provided on a flange 13 is inserted into the guiding groove 17 formed on the cartridge housing part 1a provided on the upper part of a toner box 1 after peeling off a seal material 19 which seals the aperture part 11 of the toner cartridge. When the large diameter part on the end part of a flange 12 is inserted into the cartridge housing part 1a until the former collides with the latter, the projection 15 is detached from the guiding groove 17. By turning a knob 14 after inserting the projection part into the innermost end, the cartridge is rotated and the toner is supplied from the aperture 11 into the toner box 1. Thus, the replenishing the toner can be smoothly performed with a simple operation. |
