PURPOSE:To notify the transmitting source of a multiple telegram of a multiple address processing result in a prescribed time by supervising a passing time from the receiving time of the individual multiple address telegram, and complet ing the multiple address processing when the time exceeds the prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:A time supervising part 7 of a control part 6 scans a control table in a control information memory 4, checks its status, and when it is before the multiple address processing of the multiple address telegram or during the multiple address processing, the time supervising part 7 compares a complet ing time recorded in a completing time entry 17 with a present time. When the present time runs over the completing time, the time supervising part 7 sets a time-out condition through a suspending part 8 to a control table 13. At the time of scanning the control table 13 the control part 6 detects it, prepares a return telegram to indicate the multiple address processing result for every destination, and returns it to the transmission destination. |
