The invention relates to a lightweight structural panel having two spaced-apart, solid panels, between which there are arranged spacers, by means of which the panels can be fixedly connected to one another. The spacers, which are approximately uniformly distributed between the panels, each comprise two plug-in bodies for producing a plug-in connection in each case, of which in each case one plug-in body is fixedly connected to one panel and the respectively other plug-in body is fixedly connected to the other panel.
