FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of the rolling devices used for the finishing-strengthening machining of the workpieces made in the form of the shafts. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to mechanical engineering, in particular, to the devices used for the finishing-strengthening machining of the workpieces made in the form of the shafts by the surface plastic deformation. The device contains the body with disks, between which there are the mounted deforming components made in the form of the coils of the steel cylindrical spring of the circular section. The spring is coiled into the ring and is floatingly installed between the disks of the body with the possibility to envelop the shaft workpiece with the tension concerning it and is located in the body with the help of the tension springs. The spring has the tool for adjustment of the rolling force, which is made in the form of two washers with the central threaded holes and rigidly fixed at end butts of the coils and the screw with the left-side and the right-side thread on its ends. The screw is screwed in the threaded holes of the indicated washers. The invention allows to expand the technological capabilities of the device, to raise the roughness parameter of the machined surface, to increase its hardness, to increase efficiency, to reduce the prime cost of the device. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures expansion of the device technological capabilities, the increased roughness parameter of the machined surface and the surface hardness, the increased efficiency, the reduced prime cost of the device. ^ 6 dwg, 1 tbl |
