PURPOSE:To stably start crystallization, by equipping with a presser plate, which is made movable up- and down-wards by a spring, while pressing against the inner periphery of an opening of a container. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus 10 is housed in a bag 26 of a heat accumulating agent 24 together with a sodium acetate soln. 28 and a presser plate 14 is repeatedly pushed from outside of the bag when the agent 24 is used. Thus, the presser plate 14 is moved up- and down-wards in a container 12 so as to extend and compress a spring 16 causing electric current to flow between the spring and the inner layer 20 of said container; nucleating the supercooling sodium acetate soln.; and starting crystallization of sodium acetate trihydrate. Therefore, stable crystallization of salts is achieved at all times. |
