The spectacle has an interchangeable plastic glass introduced in a plastic frame, where the glass has different opacity and is interchangeable according to required exercise. The spectacle is maintained at a rear of the head by elastic when the spectacle is fitted. The frame can be selected by a user. The glass is stored in a small scratch pocket attached to forearm, when the glass is not in use.
