摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal displays such as abnormal lighting and putting out and flickering by providing an oriented film consisting of a prescribed conductive high polymer on an electrode surface. CONSTITUTION:The oriented film consisting of the conductive high polymer is provided on the electrode surface. The conductive high polymer contg. a benzene ring or heterocycle as a unit and having good environmental stability is used as the conductive high polymer. Other high polymers such as polyacetylene having a pi-conjugation system are usable as well.
