The magnetic sensor (10) for an ignition distributor consists of a stator (11) including a bottom plate (12) comprising on its periphery a plurality of polar teeth (13), a top plate (14) to which is fixed an articulation bearing (15), a permanent magnet (16) of annular shape arranged between the plates (12) and (14), and a means of articulation, by means of which an actuating link (40) acted on by a partial vacumm advance regulator produces angular displacement of the stator (11) as a function of the partial vacuum. Means of assembly (17) and (17a), articulation (15) and (30) and retention (15a) and (15b) are produced by moulding of non-magnetic material.
