A metal attachment type tag antenna is provided to improve identification distance and rate of a RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) system by maximizing efficiency of signal transmission. A metal attachment type tag antenna includes an electronic circuit element(10), a metal pattern antenna, and a second radiation unit. The electronic circuit element includes a chip package(11) for performing a radio identification function. The metal pattern antenna is connected to both ends of the electronic circuit element and performs a primary radiation through resonance by transceiving a radio signal. The second radiation unit performs a secondary radiation through resonation of a field induced by being primarily radiated in the metal pattern antenna. The metal pattern antenna includes a radiation metal(12) and an earth metal(13) arranged on the both ends of the electronic circuit element.
