PURPOSE: To facilitate the mounting of a coating material on a support and provide adequate fitting force thereto by a method wherein the required outer dimension stored in a shape memory plastic fiber coating material is reduced until the outer diameter of a mounting hole becomes smaller than the inner diameter thereof and can be returned to the original outer dimension thereof by impregnating the coating material in ink. CONSTITUTION: After storing in a shape memory plastic fiber coating material under a certain temperature condition the outer diameter larger by the required extent than the inner diameter of a mounting hole 3 of a support material 2, the shape memory plastic fiber coating material 1 is inserted in the mounting hole 3 of the support material 2 by making the outer diameter of the mounting hole 3 smaller than the inner diameter thereof. Then, the shape memory plastic fiber coating material 1 is impregnated in ink at the predetermined temperature to be inflated to the original shape and the outer surface of the coating material is firmly press-fitted to the inner surface of the mounting hole 3. Accordingly, the mounting operation to the support material and the axis body is considerably facilitated, and a sufficient fitting force can be obtained. |
