<p>PURPOSE:To connect a connector in high density by utilizing magnetic coupling between circuits. CONSTITUTION:Many primary loops 2 are formed on a first pole plate 1, and the loops 2 are so disposed in a connecting state as to be magnetically connected to secondary loops 6 made of a superconductor formed on a second pole plate 5. The plates 1, 5 are respectively provided on a mother board 10 and an integrated circuit module 9. That is, when the current of the corresponding loop 2 varies, for example, from '0' to '1', a current flows to. the loop 6 which is magnetically coupled, thereby becoming '1'. This current is held while the current of the loop 2 is constant, and when the current of the loop 2 is returned from '1' to '0', the current of the loop 6 is also returned to '0'. Thus, the size of its connecting part can be reduced, and an insertion/removal force can be set substantially to zero. Accordingly, multiple pins can be connected in high density.</p> |
