摘要 Oil well tube is made of an age hardened alloy consisting of 38-46 wt.% Ni, 19.5-23.5 wt.% Cr, 2.5-3.5 wt.% Mo, 1.5-3 wt.% Cu, 1-2.5 wt.% Ti, 0.1-0.6 wt.% Al, up to 3.5 wt.% Cb, up to 0.15 wt.% C and balance Fe, the Al+Ti content being 1.3-3 wt.%. The tube has yield strength at room temperature of at least 110,000 psi, elongation of at least 10% and resistance to environments containing H2S, chloride and water as well as gaseous and/or liquid hydrocarbons. A wrought alloy is also claimed correspondingly to the above composition except that Al content is 0.05-0.6 wt.%; Al+Ti content is at least 1.3, when Cb content is less than 1.5, but does not exceed 3 wt.%; and C content is up to 0.1 wt.%.
