PURPOSE: To dissolve a photosensitive layer of an unexposed part during developing, simultaneously to wet a silicone elastomer and to excellently disperse a scraped silicone by incorporating a specific compound in a developer. CONSTITUTION: The compound expressed by a formula is incorporated before developing. In the formula. R expresses Cm H2m+1 , (n) expresses integers of 1 to 25 and (m) expresses integers of 1 to 5. As a result, the photosensitive layer based on a diazonium salt polycondensation product and the photosensitive layer of the form plate unexposed part, which is provided thereon and composed of a supporting body coated with an ink repellent cross-linked silicone elastomer layer, are dissolved, the silicone elastomer is swelled and the scraped elastomer is dispersed to prevent the formation of a flake. |
