PURPOSE:To reduce the burden on a developer or the like to improve the productivity of an information processing system by arranging a customizable range as question information and clarifying a program constituting a package system correspondingly to said information. CONSTITUTION:In the package system, a display device 3 which displays messages of an executing part 2 where information from an information storage part 1 which indicates a customizable range to a user and asks him is inputted and interpreted is controlled by an input/output part 4 which receives answer information from the user. Parameters generated in a generation part 6 based on information in a preserving part 5 in which answer information is preserved are stored in a storage part 7. An output source program which constitutes an objective information processing system through a converting part 13 and an output part 14 in accordance with parameters from the storage part 7 and the program from an input source program storage part 11 based on indication information 8 of the user is stored in a storage part 15.
