A vacuum pad apparatus is provided to transfer objects steadily by fixing the pivot angle of a binding pad with a piston operated with compressed air. A vacuum pad apparatus comprises a housing(11), a pad part and a piston. A pad part(12) is rotatively combined in the housing by a ball-joint(18) as medium. The piston(13) is built in the housing and controls the circulation of the pad part. The pad part adheres to objects at the necessary pivot angle. The pivot angle is fixed with the flow of the piston operated with compressed air.
