CONSTITUTION:Wheat flour is kneaded with 43-55% solution of salt having 10-14 Baume degree, aged and blended with embryo bud powder of unpolished rice to give dough. Then the dough is extended into a belt, the surface of the belt is coated with an olive oil, drawn and dried.
