PURPOSE:To prolong the convection time of air bubbles in in-tank liquid and to enhance the efficiency of dissolution of gas in the liquid by mounting a dispersion plate for dispersing and injecting the gas-liquid mixed liquid mixed in a static mixer part to two flows directed in a diagonal upward direction to the top end of a body pipe. CONSTITUTION:The gas introduced into the body pipe 20 from a gas introducing port 22 in the lower part thereof is risen by buoyance in the pipe 20. The liquid in the tank is sucked by the air lift effect generated by the rise of the gas from a liquid introducing port 24 provided in the lower part of the pipe 20 and the rising flow of the gas-liquid mixed liquid is induced in the pipe 20. The rising air bubbles are finely segmented by the static mixer part 26 disposed in this pipe 20 by which the mixing and dissolving are accelerated. The gas- liquid mixed liquid is injected diagonally upward from an ejection port 42 provided in the lower part of the two slopes 40a of the diffusion plate disposed to close the top end of the pipe 20 by which the liquid is dispersed to the two flows along the slopes 40a. As a result, the efficiency of dissolution of the gas into the fluid is increased. |
