PURPOSE:To prevent the error output of a stabilization controlling operation from being generated, by locking the updating of an advance value used for stabilization operation, for a specified time, in case that system oscillation from an input information is detected. CONSTITUTION:By an on-delay timer 15, a time for locking the updating of an advance power value after the detection of power oscillation is set, and as a timer value, is set to be the time of the sum of a power oscillation continuing time due to system operation and system accident, and time delay due to a power averaging means 12, or longer. Besides, so far as the output of an inhibit circuit 16 is concerned, when the output of a power oscillation detecting means 14 comes to '1', then the output is set to be '1' till timer lapse determined by the on-delay timer 15. When the output of the inhibit circuit 16 is '1', then the output of an advance power value detecting means 13 is locked, and the updating of the advance power value is not executed. |
