PURPOSE:To attain stable initial operation by setting an offset corresponding to a delay required for signal processing in generating a correlation pulse from a correlation spike to a reversible count means included in a synchronizing means for a received PN code and a reference PN code in a correlation device. CONSTITUTION:The received PN code and the reference PN code are inputted to a correlation device 1 and a correlation pulse is inputted to a matching filter 3 via a binarizing circuit 2. The matching filter 3 outputs a pulse to an up-down counter 4 when the correlation pulse is coincident with a prescribed pattern. The up-down counter 3 is initialized by a strobe pulse representing a head bit of the reference PN code outputted from the reference PN code generator 5 till a pulse is outputted from the matching filter 3 and repeats count-up from an offset set externally. The pulse from the counter 3 is supplied to a PN code phase control pulse generation circuit 8, which outputs a phase control pulse of the reference PN code. |
