摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the thicknesswise dimensional stability, and to improve through-hole reliability, by pretreating a glass cloth with radical polymer sitting resin liquid of high adhesiveness, and by preadhering an inorganic filler to the non-woven base material by use of an organic binder. CONSTITUTION:The resin for pretreatment is a radical polymer setting resin such as epoxy acrylate resin or urethane acrylate resin as a resin more adhesive to glass fibers than to impregnating resin. When the impregnating resin is unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy acrylate resin and urethane acrylate resin are used and contains 2-50wt.% of rubber. The adhesion amount is 5-40pts.wt. as the solid component per glass cloth 100pts.wt., and that of inorganic filler to the non-woven base material is 50-700pts.wt. per non-woven 100pts.wt. The use of the organic binder is 1-60wt. part per inorganic filler 10pts.wt. 1-50pts. wt. of inorganic filler is contained per setting resin 100pts.wt. impregnated into the base material.</p>
