PURPOSE:To improve characteristics of a microphone, by sticking thin frames to both sides of a diaphragm to balance the reaction of frames for the tension of the diaphragm and preventing an abnormal strain from being generated in the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 21b is interposed between upper and lower frames 21a and 21a' having the same thickness, and in this state, the diaphragm 21b is adhered to both frames 21a and 21a'. By this constitution, forces due to the tension of the diaphragm 21b are symmetrical for upper and lower frames 21a and 21a', and therefore, they are cancelled by each other, and a return strain or the like does not appear on the outside. Consequently, it is possible that considerably thin plates are used as frames 21a an 21a', and characteristics of the microphone are improved. |
