PURPOSE: To improve response and correctness of an electrohydraulic actuator by changing time modulation components in correspondence with the unmoving and slight moving of the actuator with respect to time modulation pulse signals. CONSTITUTION: After an augmentor circuit of a doser (dosage meter) type electrohydraulic actuator calculates the position error signal PES and its absolute value|PES|and the former values outputted by memories 150, 152 for every clock signal CLS, first - third window comparators 162, 164, 166 detect the unmoving of the actuator and generate a correction signal in proportion to the error signal, a counter binary signal in correspondence with the moving or unmoving, and a counter binary signal in correspondence with the changing or unchanging of the error direction. Then a calculator 170 obtains the correction signal CIS by means of a pulse width signal TPS and a basic threshold signal pulse width signal PW1 via a NOR 168. In this way, it is possible to improve the response in the nonlinear area.
