The circuit for adjusting the time regardless of power off state has a microprocessor (1) which key output tap (SP1) is connected to a diode (D1), an adjusting switch (SW1), an electronic switch (SW4) and a key input tap (RP1). The another key output tap (SP2) is connected to a diode (D2), reservation switch (SP3), and a key input tap (RP2). The reservation switches (SW2) and (SW3) are linked with each other. Then pushing on the switch (SW1), the time adjustment is possible even when the power is off.
