The protective cover arrangement comprises a support consisting of a film (1), a foam (2) fixed to the said support (1), and self-adhesive closure means comprising hooks (3, 5, 7) and loops (4, 6, 8), making it possible to hold the items in position inside the cover once the latter has been folded along an axis (A, A'). The film (1), which has a thickness of 100 to 150 microns, has the properties of flexibility and strength which are appropriate for the use required of the cover. <IMAGE>
