PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily and mechanically carry out winding operation of a holow-core coil and fixing operation of said coil to a core, by employing as a coil component a hollow-core coil to be fixed to the core. CONSTITUTION:Each of the hollow-core coils 4' is wound and formed to have hollow parts 38 therein to conform to the shape of each core 3, and terminals of their leading wies 33 are connected and secured to respective electrically conductive layers 32 of a first base plate 24. Ech hollow-core coil 4' is fitted to the individual core 3, and the base plate 24 is positioned behind the through hole 5 of a supporting member 1 and supported by stepped pins 22. A second base plate 25 is supported by the pins 22 in such a manner that its through hole pattern is aligned with the through hole pattern of the base plate 24, and the electrically conductive layers are integrated by heating them. After heat sinks 8, permanent magnets 8, etc. have been incorporated and assembled together, a resilient collar 29 is fitted, and an outer heat sink 20 is fixed by screws 21, so that the base plates 24, 25 are clamped in a close contact state. |
