PURPOSE:To reduce inertia force of a driving system, and to improve durability of each parts; and to save man-power, by constituting a knockout pin of a double structure consisting of a cylindrical member and a columnar member, and lifting and lowering it by a knockout roller and a fluid cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A knockout pin is constituted of a double structure consisting of a cylindrical member 36 and a columnar member 37 sliding on its inside. The cylindrical member 36 passes through a support of a press and is supported so as to be freely slidable. In the lower part of the cylindrical member 36, a cylinder 47 is fixed to a frame part, a pressurized fluid is fed, and a piston 46 is energized in the upper direction. Also, a columnar member 37 passing through the cylindrical member 36, a block 39, a space 41 and a pin 42 is provided so as to be freely slidable, and is placed on the upper end of a rod of the piston 46. When molding has ended, an arm 43 is turned, a knockout ring is pushed up through a knockout roller 40, the block 39, the cylindrical member 36 and the knockout pin, and moldings are taken out from the metallic mold. |
