<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated molding to a surface layer material of which decorating sheet is stuck, by a method wherein after an end part of the decorating sheet has been connected with the top of a partition wall of a top force, vacuum molding of a surface layer material is performed extending over the whole molding surface of the top force by a first and second exhaust mechanisms partly through the decorating sheet and compression molding is performed further by placing a base body material in a molten state on a molding surface of a bottom force. CONSTITUTION:A decorating sheet 21 is sucked and laid within a predetermined sphere divided by a partition wall 13 while a first exhaust mechanism is being worked so that the surface of the decorating sheet 21 comes into contact with a molding surface 14. Then an end part of the decorating sheet 21 is raised along the inside of the partition wall 13 and connected with the top of the partition wall 13. Then vacuum molding of a surface layer material 22 softened by a heater is performed extending over the whole molding surface of a top force 11 by working a first and second exhaust mechanisms partly through the decorating sheet 21. A base body material 23 which is measured correctly and in a molten state is placed on a predetermined position on the molding surface of a bottom force 12 by leaving the molded surface layer material 22 as it is sucked. Then the top and bottom forces 11, 12 are clamped by a hydraulic press and when a molded body is taken out by performing mold break after cooling, a laminated molding is obtained.</p> |
