Brewing installation having a mash tun, a mash copper, a lauter tun and a wort copper

The brewing installation is provided with a lauter tun which extends concentrically around the mash tun, and a mash copper (boiler) which is arranged beneath the mash tun. An underback extends annularly around the mash copper and beneath this is the wort copper. The entire brewing installation is given a compact form by this means which is reminiscent of a cylindroconical tank. The brewing installation primarily has energetic and static advantages. <IMAGE>
