PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain good characteristics in the longitudinal direction by filling a specific mixed powder in a copper or a copper alloy tube, forming the powder into a wire material with a regressive processing conducted, then exposing one part of a formed powder to be sintered, and filling reinforcing materials in an exposed part of a sintered body. CONSTITUTION:A powder of a ceramics superconductor or a mixed powder, which is composed of a component material producing a ceramics superconductor by a heat treatment, is filled in a copper or a copper alloy tube, then formed into a wire material with a regressive processing conducted. Then one part of the wire material surface is made to be exposed and a exposed part is chemically solubly removed, then a heat treatment is conducted in an oxidization atmosphere and a formed powder is sintered, and reinforcing materials are filled in the exposed part during processing. This makes it possible to produce a superconductive ceramics in the state of the wire material of the final shape, and to form a wire material having good characteristics in the longitudinal direction. |
