摘要 PURPOSE:To assure the effect of maintaining the hardness which is invariable with age by constituting a titled material of an Au alloy having the compsn. which contains Be and Ca respectively at specific concns. and consists of the balance specific weight % or above of Au and trace unavoidable impurities. CONSTITUTION:This foil material is constituted of the Au alloy which contains 1-45ppm Be and 1-45ppm Ca as alloy components and consists of the balance >=99.99wt.% Au and trace unavoidable impurities. Since the foil material contains the Be and Ca co-existing as the alloy components, the material maintains the hardness right after working regardless of the lapse of time and completely obviates the generation of sticking by softening and trouble by deficient rigidity. The desired prevention of the softening with age is not possible if the content of either the Be or Ca is <1ppm and the maintenance of the content of the Au at >=99.99wt.% is difficult and the characteristics of the Au are impaired if the contents thereof respectively exceed 45ppm.
