PURPOSE:To discriminate printed paste readily in printing processes of paste to manufacture a thick film hybrid integrated circuit and to prevent inspection omission, by mixing different fluorescent material each to the paste used in printing processes. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 2 and a conductor 3 are formed apart each other on a ceramic substrate 1. A part of the conductor 2 is covered with a transparent cloth glass 4 which is covered partially with a conductor 5. A resistance 6 is located between the conductor 2 and the conductor 3. A fluorescent material is mixed into each of the conductors 2, 3, 5, the cloth glass 4 and the resistance. Other fluorescent materials which differ each other and differ from that mixed in the conductors 2, 3. For inspection, excitation light which excitates the fluorescent materials mixed in the conductors are irradiated to emit fluorescence from the conductors. |
