PURPOSE:To perform the stable pressure difference control by installing multiple gas guiding vertical pipes connected to each other at lower ends between the feed side and discharge side of both gasses and multiple gas guiding vertical pipes communicated to lower sections of the above vertical pipes via a communication pipe. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure of the oxidizing gas to the cathode 2 side becomes excessive, the oxidizing gas OG enters a gas chamber 16 in a vertical pipe 9 and depresses the liquid level to the position lower than a communication pipe 13. The liquid level in the other vertical pipe 10 is thereby raised, the level difference between it and the liquid in the vertical pipe 9 becomes P, and concurrently the liquid level in a vertical pipe 11 is lowered by P1. The gas chamber 16 in the vertical pipe 9 is communicated to the vertical pipe 11 via the communication pipe 13, gas enters the liquid in the vertical pipe 11 and is guided to the discharge side line 6 of the cathode 2 via a gas chamber 18. The pressure of oxidizing gas is adjusted to have the small pressure difference between it and fuel gas. |
