PURPOSE:To obtain a composition excellent in mechanical strength, impart resistance, heat distortion resistance, moldability, and chemical resistance, by using an aromatic polycarbonate, a polyolefin, a modified polyolefin and a saponified olefin-vinyl ester copolymer. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of (A) 5-95wt.%, preferably 10-90wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate, and (B) 95-5wt.%, preferably 90-10wt.% of a polyolefin are combined with (C) 2-30pts.wt., preferably 5-20pts.wt. of a polyolefin modified with 0.1-10wt.% of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride, and (D) 2-100pts.wt., preferably 5-50pts.wt. of a saponified olefin-vinyl ester copolymer which is composed of a lower alpha-olefin, preferably ethylene, and a vinyl ester, preferably vinyl acetate, contains 10-70wt.% of the vinyl ester, and has a saponification value of over 50%, preferably over 70%. |
