PURPOSE:To set the hydraulic load pressure to a proper value by installing a control valve for Controlling the hydraulic load pressure and a solenoid valve and providing an input port, drain port, output port, main spool, output hydraulic pressure feedback port, subspool, and the first and second springs, for the above-described control valve. CONSTITUTION:A control valve 210 for controlling the hydraulic load pressure is provided with a main spool 211, subspool 212 for receiving a signal hydraulic pressure, first spring 213 interposed between the both spools 211 and 212, and the second spring 218 for urging the subspool 212 to the main spool side. Therefore. the min. hydraulic load pressure is determined by the spring load of the first spring 213, and the inclination of the proportional straight line between the hydraulic load pressure and the engine generation torque is determined by the pressure receiving area of the main and subspools 211 and 212. The initial value of the proportional straight line can be determined by the spring load of the second spring 218. Therefore, the basic point where the hydraulic load pressure starts to rise from the min. hydraulic load pressure in proportion to the engine generation torque can be determined to a desired value, and the hydraulic load pressure can be easily set to a proper value.
