The present invention relates to a rope for an imbedding procedure which is formed into an insertion unit without twisting and a twisted unit with the twisting for inserting the rope with a big diameter into the human body using a needle with a small diameter and improving the lifting force of skin tissues, thereby doubling procedure efficiency. The rope for the imbedding procedure comprises the following: the insertion unit inserted into a needle hole formed on the needle in a condition of a single stranded thread; a twisted unit folded by twisting the single stranded thread to form two strands, and maintaining the twisted condition; and a fixing ball fixing the inside and the outside of the twisted unit for preventing the twisted condition from loosening.
