PURPOSE:To collectively control respective drivers from outside an attachment by means of one control line by providing a means which collectively controls plural drivers in the attachment and switching outputs by means of the installation of the attachment and one control line from outside. CONSTITUTION:As for the means for collectively controlling plural drivers in the attachment 200, the control line 203 is set in common with respect to respective drivers, or a collective program set previously is caused to be switched without providing the control line, and the output polarity of the collective control means is switched by the installation of the attachment 200 and one control line 203 from outside. When the attachment 200 provided with plural drivers 210 is installed in a tester 100, respective control signals of plural drivers are set in common, and one control line 203 is connected with a control line 103 in the tester 100 at a contact point 102, whereby the control line is switched ON/OFF. Thus, the output level of plural drivers 210 are collectively controlled with respect to inputs S1G1-S1G9. |
