PURPOSE: To easily produce a knit fabric having a multiple structure for sweat- absorbing and dispersing knit fabrics for sports, etc. by knitting a tuck stitch texture using knitting needles brought curve angels of hooks of a cylinder needle, a dial needle or both of them to have a specific range in a double knit machine. CONSTITUTION: When forming a knit layers having >=4 layers in a double knit machine, the objective knit fabric having a multiple structure is easily obtained by using knit needles having 15-45 curved angleθof hooks of a cylinder needle, a dial needle or both needles and knitting, e.g. by using spun yarns comprising 100% of cotton in 1F and 2F, a false twist yarn of a cation dyeable polyester long fiber copolymerized with a sulfoisophthalic acid component in 3F and false twist yarns having different sizes to knit a tuck stitch texture.
