PURPOSE:To simultaneously detect synchronous information of all of plural channels to shorten the time required for synchronization settling by detecting synchronous information in parallel by a synchronous information detecting part with respect to outputs of respective, channels. CONSTITUTION:A paralleling part 2 which distributes serial data to plural channels, a synchronous information detecting part 30 which detects synchronous information in parallel with respect to outputs of respective channels of this paralleling part 2, and a synchronism protecting part 5 which selects one channel from plural channels based on the detection result of this synchronous information detecting part 30 and performs the synchronism protecting operation are provided. Consequently, synchronous information of respective channels are detected in parallel. Synchronous information is immediately detected whichever channel this synchronous information exists, and the time required for the synchronization settling state or restoration to this state is shortened to efficiently transmit data. |
