<p>Filaments or yarns derived from earthed filaments having adhesive through high voltage electrostatic field (EF) operated in between electric potential surface (13,14) of electrodes (3,4) are flocked by EF. Derived flock materials according to electrically unconductive conveyer (5) (arranged on between lower potential and filament) are accelerated to filaments by above EF action and injected into adhesive coverings of filaments or emited. EF are generated from electric potential surface (15,16) of symmetrical electrodes; filament (12) has pass EF straight in the length direction.</p> |
