PURPOSE:To suppress the increase in the insertion loss of a static magnetic wave device by arranging a magnetic pole, a ferrimagnetic thin film and a conversion element in a cylinder made of a superconduction material. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic pole 4, the ferrimagnetic thin film 8 and the conversion element 6 are arranged in the inside of the cylinder 11 made of a superconduction material. The material cross sectional area of the cavity of the cylinder 11 made of the superconduction material is equal to the area at the tip of the magnetic pole 4. Since the cylinder 11 made of the superconduction material is arranged in a way of including the magnetic pole 4 in this way, the DC magnetic field is distributed without being leaked to the outside of the cylinder 11. Thus, the distribution of the DC magnetic field is uniformized. As a result, the increase in the insertion loss of the static magnetic wave device is suppressed. |
