摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce wear of a charging chute by making metal layer cladding by welding on sliding surface of auxiliary material in inner surface of the charging chute the specific composition of iron alloy containing Cr, Mo, W and B. CONSTITUTION:On the sliding surface of the auxiliary material in the inner surface of the charging chute 2, the metal containing 0.5-1.5% C, <=2% Si, <=1.5% Mn, 3.0-9.0% Cr, <=1.5% Mo, <=2.5% W, <=1.5% B and the balance Fe is welded to form the clad layer 3 by welding. The composition in the above metal shows excellent effect to wear resistance and heat resistance, and at less than the above lower limit value, these effects can not be expected, and at the time of exceeding the regulating value, as the cost for clad metal raises so much, compared with a improvement of the effect, it is not economical.
