PURPOSE:To control the flowing speed of a molten metal, to promote the floating separation of an inclusion and to highly clean a product by making the inner part of a dipping nozzle a negative pressure and giving an electromagnetic force to the molten metal flowing down in the dipping nozzle. CONSTITUTION:The inner part of a dipping nozzle 2 is made in a negative pressure by an inner pressure control device 7. On the other hand, an electromagnetic force is given to the molten metal 3 flowing down in the dipping nozzle 2 by a magnetic field generating device 6. By this method, the acceleration of the flow of the molten metal flowing down in the dipping nozzle is controlled and by promoting the floating separation of the inclusion inside a mold, the cleanliness of a product is improved. |
